[about]
Falanstério
has grown into a
creative and versatile studio.
Over the years, we have established strategic partnerships that have allowed us to broaden our field of activity.
Recently, we have been focusing on large-scale developments, without ever losing sight of the identity of the places and the balance with the surrounding environment.

Positioned between contrasting landscapes, this house establishes a thoughtful dialogue with its surroundings, the street, and the microclimate of Serra da Carregueira, bridging indoor living with gardens, courtyards, and balconies.
[SERVICES]
We deliver projects through an integrated approach that brings together planning, licensing, BIM, technical coordination, and construction supervision. Collaboration, precision, and attention to detail ensure every project is realised with quality, efficiency, and fidelity to the original design.
We believe the future of architecture lies increasingly in the thoughtful transformation of existing buildings. Through sensitive renovation and rehabilitation, we preserve architectural identity while adapting spaces to contemporary needs.
Sustainability is integrated into every stage of our work. We adopt responsible construction solutions, carefully select durable and environmentally conscious materials, and work closely with all parties during construction to minimize waste, optimize resources, and deliver buildings with lasting environmental and economic value.
