Remodeling of an apartment with small but dynamic spaces.

The T2 typology apartment is developed in two distinct events:  

On the lower floor we have, in addition to the social areas and the kitchen, a bedroom, a shared bathroom and a suite. At  social areas are understood  in a large space with a visual connection to the kitchen and a small platform where there is a reading area. The living room area is also presented by two large skylights that take advantage of the pre-existence and illuminate the space with the warm and welcoming light characteristic of Lisbon.

On the upper floor, taking advantage of an existing attic, a large mezzanine was designed, with a living room area with a visual connection to the bedroom on the lower floor and, also, a storage/closet space.
