Building  with two floors, making up two houses with independent access, target of deep rehabilitation.  It is intended that, by changing the  position of the core elements, it is possible to maximize the useful area in the spaces where the houses are located, at the same time that the circulation spaces are reduced. Therefore, through the central node of  each house, a fruitful connection is achieved between all the divisions, making them intercommunicating, it is possible to make compatible  design with flexible everyday use  by the inhabitant.
