Remodeling and adaptation of the warehouse for the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment waste managed by Electrão – Waste Management Association.

It is a warehouse composed of a large nave punctuated by several pillars, in which there is also a body destined for changing rooms. The roof consists of half houses of concrete cylinders interspersed with fiber cement half shells. However, due to its characteristics, this warehouse does not fully respond to the functional needs or fire safety measures inherent to its new use.

In order to respond to the functional requirements, it was necessary to improve the existing spas and build new pantry, office and bathing areas for people with reduced mobility. On the other hand, fire safety measures were not neglected, having been absorbed by the architecture, thus transmitting a cohesive aesthetic.

The exterior of the warehouse was treated so that it could be quickly identified from the street through pictograms depicting its use.
