The Esteval neighborhood is located on the outskirts of Montijo, a city expansion area, consisting of several social housing blocks of different times. The Esteval Center was designed as a proximity public facility made of seven convenience stores, library, ATL, Parish Council and Immigrant Integration Center.

A transparent covered gallery joins the two main centers of the district, setting a new pedestrian route. The two largest buildings form a square, between the gallery and the existing garden. Commercial spaces were thought as autonomous volumes that can be joined and form a larger space, a flexible structure and adaptable to new solutions. Was created a Esteval Center “brand”, with its own logo and signage.
