The search for a central location and easy connection and proximity to the most visited tourist areas in Lisbon was a determining factor in the choice of the building. Once the choice was made, the three floors were designed to offer a very different materiality and character to the existing offer, but also very different among the 3 short-stay apartments that make up the building.

The character of each apartment would be determined by its preponderant materiality. Thus, the ground floor is named OSB, thanks to the use of this material to coat key points, such as a niche transformed into living area, or even the kitchen furniture itself. Already the first floor, named cork excels by the presentation of the cork as coating material of election, so typical, so our. Finally, the second floor and attic are called wood, the result of the use of open timber as a transverse element in all divisions of the apartment, whether in the lining of the walls, furniture or even the body of stairs, which presents itself as a Element of the house.

All the design and decoration of the apartments was thought for a sincere comfort without subterfuges, allowing to those who visit the city of Lisbon an extension of this experience for the interior of the house, becoming also part of the story to tell by its guests.
