This project has a strong architectural heritage rehabilitation component and is framed within the historic palace of the former Count of Farrobo. The intention is to preserve the pre-existing architectural features of the building that is distinguished by its memory and history as an original Palace at the gates of the center of Lisbon. 

A change of use is proposed, since the building has been occupied for the last 70 years as a private school and will now be used as a luxury office space.

The design of new environments carefully thought out to ennoble the history of the original building, maintaining its architectural elements and valorizing the noble features of the 19th century. Without forgetting the contemporary comforts and modernization.
