The building Palmira nº 28 is located in the heart of Lisbon in the parish of Arroios in a parallel to Av. Almirante Reis and next to the Church of Nossa Senhora dos Anjos.The brand image of the building is attached to its tile heritage on the main façade, showing traditional Portuguese tiles of unusually strong colors, which made the difference from other similar buildings,Being a building from the beginning of the 20th century we wanted to maintain its origins and recreate the same façade in the increase of floors, replicating the façade of tiles and friezes in lioz and creating a new zinc roof with lofts overlooking the city, incorporating the architectural elements of relevance in the new intervention so that we can identify the coexistence between the old and the new, without the passage of time erasing the memories of what once was.Building of seven floors with 10 residential units being the ground floor and semi-basement a duplex distributed in T3 with private garden and the floor 4 and 5 a duplex T3 with views over the city, all the remaining floors are T1 oriented to the east or west with a view over Palmira street or over the back patio.
