Born in Brussels, Belgium in 1972. Graduated in Architecture from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa in 1996.

In 1996 he created Atelier Falanstério in partnership with Ricardo Dias.

Between 2003 and 2004 he worked at the Lisbon City Council as an architect integrated in the Department of Commercial Urbanism.
