The proposal was part of a competition for the elaboration of a Residential Unit, becoming a challenge at several levels: Articulating 42+1 dwellings and a Day Center in a single building; Design a markedly urban and dense building, but articulated with a generously sized green area; Design a bioclimatic building, reducing energy costs at source, with the implementation of the best passive architectural solutions; Achieve these objectives with great rigor in the choice of materials and constructive solutions proposed to obtain a construction with controlled costs.

Taking into account the bioclimatic aspect, the proposal was prepared in partnership with the company BDSP.
